Kelli Porterfield is a Producer, Writer, Comedian and Actor who received her Bachelor of Arts Degree from Denison University and her Master of Fine Arts Degree from The New School for Drama. Kelli is also an alum of Chicago's Second City and New York City's Upright Citizens Brigade and Peoples Improv Theater where her solo show "Mirror Mirror" ran for over a year. As a Producer, she has worked in all areas of production for film, television and digital content including development, writing, physical production, post production, financing, sales and distribution. Kelli’s award winning independent film projects include Precious: Based on the Novel 'Push' by Sapphire, The Maid, Old Cats, Last Time We Checked and Dog Pound. She has developed and produced television and digital content with Endemol, Haven Entertainment, Funny or Die, Divide Pictures and Bow & Arrow Entertainment. Kelli's latest work as an actor was in the feature film comedy "Medal of Victory" where she played Beth, the town drunk and in "The Bookworm Society", a digital animated series to be released in 2017 for which she provides all of the voices.
An adventure travel enthusiast, Kelli’s memorable experiences include living with the Tsaatan people- a tribe of reindeer herders in Outer Mongolia, meeting with Nobel Peace Prize winner Aung San Suu Kyi days after her release from house arrest in Burma and camping in Tanzania’s bush with a pride of lions.
