Born and raised in the Philippines, Hitcliff Leigh M. Tan, "Cliff Tan" started performing when he was in 2nd grade. He later began winning competitions against adults in the hip-hop/dance community when he was in 6th grade by forming his own group. Throughout high school, he won numerous competitions in the hip-hop and ballroom community.
He moved to the United States in 2008 and started his dance career soon after that. Since then he has developed his skills as an all around all styles hip-hop dancer. From breaking, popping, locking, tutting, house, krump, and hip-hop choreography Cliff has taught, choreographed and danced pieces that won world-renowned competitions. His work has been seen in music videos, movies, and tv shows. He has worked with some of the worlds biggest stars from Chris Brown to Far East Movement, Skrillex and Fatman Scoop and Demi Lovato to name a few. His work also has been seen on America's Best Dance Crew, So You Think You Can Dance, KTLA, KTLV, and Fake off. He was also featured in the movie "Battle Of The Year: The Dream Team 3D" under Sony. He also danced and had a supporting role in the film "Sunday School Musical". Apart from his career in dancing, he has also dedicated his time to teaching the art form of dance to the world. Teaching master classes all over California and the United States, all the way to an orphanage in Gomoa-Fete Africa. Having raised his siblings and son, he believes in teaching and inspiring the youth to dance, expand, learn life lessons and experience the world through music and movement.
