Charles Leisenring is a Disability Rights advocate focused on creating entertainment media that will challenge, inform and entertain. He works as a freelance Sound Designer and Re-Recording Mixer, Dialogue Editor, Production Recordist and Director of Photography for Documentary.
Prior to this he lived and worked in NYC where he created accessible Media Arts programs for United Cerebral Palsy of NYC and The NYS Service for the Handicapped summer facility, Camp Oakhurst. Each of these taught digital media creation as a form of personal expression, no matter age or physical ability.
In other times he has earned money as a bartender, a waiter, a freelance prop and set builder, construction worker, teacher aid, writer, reporter and photographer.
He seeks new experiences, loves people and travel and occupies his time with photography, carpentry, animation and learning new things.
