Carole Standish Mora holds an MFA in Creative Writing from Antioch University Los Angeles and an M.A. in Depth Psychology with an emphasis in Jungian and Archetypal Studies from Pacifica Graduate Institute. She is currently moving into the Ph.D. phase of her degree in depth psychology. Carole has published poems in the Prism Review, Two Hawks Quarterly, Red River Review, The Caterpillar Chronicle, Moronic Ox, A Literary Journal, Between Literary Journal, The Seventh Quarry and the Flint Hills Review. In 2011 one of her poems received a Pushcart Prize Nomination, and in 2014, five of her poems were selected as the winners of the West Coast Eisteddfod Poetry Competition. Besides her dissertation related research and writing, Carole is currently working on compiling a chapbook-length book of poetry, and in her spare time, is working on a few other creative writing projects.
